It is unbelievable that a company is that arrogant they can think they can get away with ignoring it's customers. There where some more examples in the past, those companies are no longer around, although they might have some descent products. I guess not much will change as customers relation is in the DNA of a company (or probably lacking DNA parts). It's a real shame that that bit of decency is missing. 4 months sinds my question and 10 before that. The Veiu has sooooo much potential since it does not require any hard wiring (although I offer an inexpensive way to do this for THIS product in case people do not want to constantly take down the unit to charge it.) This company's lack of customer service and Smart Home integration will KILL its potential. It seems that a great idea was designed, mass produced, sold to distributors...and then the designers walked away. With better battery lives, home-wireless charging and LiFi on the fringe, this could be one of the ways of the future for home security as well. I truly hope this company (or anyone still trying to keep it alive) will respond to these very reasonable requests for product improvements and operational inquiries. After a month or 2... suddenly the Eques Doorviewer stop working and we reset the profile and try to reconnect the door viewer which it can’t.
